Day 7 - Videos Part 2

Good Evening World,



Well here we are again, I've been away awhile, 2 weeks in fact and have been completly offline, no internet access, Absoultly Fantastic!!!!!! A few people I note blog while they are away, But how much time do you want to spend on your holidays bloggin, I think sometimes I'd rather be just enjoying the holidays rather than worring about blogging and keeping in touch with everyone...and trying to actually find somewhere that has cheap or free internet access. I wonder if anyone has actually added up how much time you spend blogging when you could be out seeing the place you've paid big money to get to or do people just blog late at night after dinner...................... I guess on the pro side its good to share your experiences with everyone and I mean its a lot better than the ol Postcard..(although i like and collect postcards... but I guess they may be a dying breed --- perhaps virtual cards and blogs take over now) and its quicker ... oh and you don't have to try and remember everyone's contact details you just give them the blogger site before you go and they log in if they are interested..... thats much easier......



Anyway now, I am back to work, and back into my 23 things...... I now have another video I thought was good to share which is from youtube and thats the Large Hadron Rap which I thought was quite good. ALthough a bit old news now i guess.

Anyway I also have some video footage of dolphins and some ducks from my holidays that I took just using my camera so the quality may not be very good. here goes... well its still downloading....



I must admit i put video footage onto my facebook account and was disapointed to find i could only put 100mb up and now I find the same with the blog account. Its quite annoying because i don't know how to edit the video so that I can reduce the MBs to under 100, which means my better videos of the dolphins and ducks can't be put up on this blog...... Does anyone know? I guess there are people out there who do.........



Isn't amazing how after we discover something new that it can leads us to wanting more.



My expectations were that I could put anything and everything up, it never occured to me about space or length of video, so I become disapointed about it not being as easy as I thought.



So how long before these restrictions are gone and we can put up any length of video and no matter how large.. would't that be nice.................. It seems that you can only be happy with something new for a short while before it becomes old and/or you want it to do more than it does..... i guess thats why kids get bored so quickly and want the latest techno toy.......



I also didn't think of the time it takes to upload the video..... So I was planning to put both the video of my dolphins and ducks on here but now, I think I'll just leave it to the dolphins. Maybe the next blog I might put the ducks if of course i find it under 100mb.



Anyway I am going to end this post, i'll go on to the next session in 23 things while this thing inishes downloading and then I'll sign off. So really its Goodnight..... and I might watch Spics and Specs after all.

p.s oh and then i realised i had uploaded the wrong video........... 45 minutes later when it finally downloaded. aHHHH!!!!! Well now i realise that you can have two videos, the first video of waves at the Grotto is not rotated (and I don't think you can rotate it when uploaded?? which makes it a bit more impossible to watch..... :) ....... Ahh well we all make mistakes maybe i'll delete it and no one will ever know..........................
Another 45 min later and the right video of the dolphins has been uploaded. YAY!!!!! SUCCESS At LAST!!!!
